摘　　要：介绍了目前断带保护技术现状,提出了一种利用斜形滑轨形成自锁将输送带夹紧制动的带式输送机断带抓捕装置,建立了抓捕制动的数学模型,分析了抓捕制动工作的可靠性,闸述了滑轨式断带抓捕器的性能特点。The subject introduces the current status of broken tape, which sets up a belt conveyor belt broken tape capture device. The device is a self-locking formed from the use of guide rail, which can clamp the conveyer belting. Based on the principle, which establishes a mathematical model of arrest brake, analyzes the reliability of arrest brake work and describes the performance characteristics of the slide-type belt capture devices.
