摘 要:研究一种水玻璃砂铸件落砂方法。采用树脂砂作铸型的面砂,水玻璃砂作背砂,填砂后一起紧实,一起吹CO2硬化。由于CO2硬化树脂砂溃散性好,浇注铸钢件不粘砂,浇注后的铸件就像穿了一层松散的外衣,很容易落砂,而且这种复合砂铸型容让性特别好,铸件不易产生热裂。An investigation has been carried out into the method of knocking-out for casting in sodium silicate process.The resin-sand is used as facing sand and sodium silicate sand as backing-sand, both of these sands are filled into flask and compacted together, and then hardened by gassing CO 2 altogether. Steel casting after pouring will not be burned into the sand or metal penetration because of good collapsibility of resin sand hardened by CO 2 . The casting was easily knocked out after pouring, as if it puts on an loose clothe which is taken off easily. The moulds made of these compound sands have especial good tolerability, and the casting will not easily appear thermal crack.
