摘　　要：主要介绍了基于LabVIEW的滚动轴承故障监测系统监测原理、监测方法和软硬件开发过程。该系统充分利用计算机技术、数据采集技术、信号分析与处理技术、故障诊断理论来提高对滚动轴承的监测与故障诊断水平,集成了传统检测仪器的功能,提供了友好的人机界面,并能在线显示数据。The fault monitoring principle, montitoring methods and hardware and software development process of rolling bearing based on labview are introduced. The fault monitoring system is full use of compute technology, data acquisition, signal analysis and processing techniques,fauh diagnosis theory to improve the monitoring and fault diagnosis of rolling bearing level. The system integrated the functions of traditional instrumengtation, provide a friendly man-machine interface and display rolling monitored operating parameters.
