摘　　要：从江苏南京疑似传染性法氏囊病病毒感染的鸡场采集病料,通过临床症状、病理剖检变化、人工感染、SPF鸡胚接种、琼脂扩散试验和PCR扩增鉴定等,证实了该鸡场发生了鸡传染性法氏囊病,且从病料中分离到了纯净的传染性法氏囊病病毒。同时,证实该毒株的毒力较强,具有标准毒株的理化特性,免疫原性也比较好。Samples from a suspected chicken farm in Nanjing,Jiangsu province. With Clinical symptoms,pathological changes,artificial infection test,SPF embryo inoculation test,agar diffusion test and PCR amplification of special segment,the infection of infectious bursal disease virus was confirmed in this farm. A pure strain of infectious bursal disease virus was isolated. It was demonstrated that the isolated infectious bursal disease virus is a strongly virulent strain,which also shows good immunogenicity. Its physical and chemical characteristics were proved to be very similar with those of the standard strain of infectious bursal disease virus.
