链霉素金标单克隆抗体快速检测试纸的研制及其特性鉴定

摘　　要：建立了分泌抗链霉素单克隆抗体(STRmAb)杂交瘤细胞株并生产了STRmAb,采用胶体金免疫层析试验(GICA)技术成功研制出STR残留快速检测试纸(STR-Strip),并对其性能进行了鉴定。结果显示,目测检测限为12.5μg/kg;与氯霉素等药物无交叉反应;其敏感性与竞争ELISA试剂盒相当,符合率为100%。研制的快速检测试纸可以在10min内显示结果,具有快速、敏感、特异、简便等特点,适合STR残留的现场快速检测。For the development of colloidal gold-labeled monoclonal antibody rapid detection strip of streptomycin,the monoclonal antibody against streptomycin was generated and the rapid test strip of streptomycin（STR-Strip） was developed by gold immunochromatography assay（GICA） . Its traits were tested. The results showed that the detection limit of STR-Strip was 12. 5 μg /kg by eyes,it had no cross-reactivity towards other antibacterials,its sensitivity was as same as that of competitive ELISA-Kit and its coincidence rate was 100% compared with ELISA-Kit. With the strip,the test results were showed in less than 10 min,the strip possessed sensitivity,specificity and briefness. The strip was proved to be used for the rapid test of STR residues in animal food.
