摘 要:以抗旱性不同的3个玉米品种京单28、郑单958、京科25为试材,研究干旱胁迫下玉米的叶绿素荧光参数及质膜透性的变化。结果表明:干旱胁迫对叶绿素荧光参数的影响非常显著,干旱胁迫会降低玉米PSⅡ的原初光能转化效率(Fv/Fm),使PSⅡ反应中心开放部分比例(qP)降低,用于光合作用电子传递的份额(qP)减少,而以热能的形式耗散,过量的光能不及时耗散会使光合器官受到损伤,导致玉米叶片原生质膜结构伤害,从而引起膜的透性增大,玉米叶片中丙二醛、脯氨酸含量变化。Using maize Jindan28,Zhengdan958 and Jingke25 as materials,modulated chlorophyll fluorescence induction kinetics was used to investigate the effects of water stress on the phot osynthetic functions of different maize varieties at the jointing stage。Results indicated that fluorescence parameters of the maize at the jointing stage were significantly affected by the different water stresses。Water stress decreased conversation efficiency of primary light energy translation of PSⅡ(Fv /Fm ) ,led to lower open ratio of PSⅡ reaction center,reduced quantum yield of photo-synthetic electron transfer(qP) ,photosynthetic organs tended to be damaged,non-radiant energy enhanced and photo-synthesis was inhibited。
