摘 要:通过对磷渣水泥凝结时间、力学性能、化学结合水和磷渣反应率的测定,以及XRD和SEM分析,研究了不同掺量的CaO对磷渣水泥的水化性能和微观结构的影响。结果表明,随着CaO掺量的增加,磷渣水泥的强度增加,当CaO的掺量超过2%时,磷渣水泥3d和28d抗压强度下降。CaO对磷渣活性的激发主要发生在磷渣水泥水化早期,掺2%CaO的磷渣水泥28d的磷渣反应率只比1d时增加了4.1%。The effects of different CaO content on the hydration properties and microstructure of phosphorous slag cement were studied. To approach the above-mentioned purposes, the setting time, mechanical properties, chemical combined water content of this type of cement, and also reaction rate of phosphorous slag were tested, the SEM and XRD analysis were also used. The results showed that the compressive strength of the phosphorous slag cement increased with CaO content increasing. However, the 3d and 28d compressive strength could be decreased, if the CaO addition was over 2%. Activity of phosphorous slag were motivated by CaO mainly at early hydration age of phosphorous slag cement. 28d reaction rate of phosphorous slag of phosphorous slag cement mixed with 2% CaO, was only increased by 4.1% than that of 1d.
