摘　　要：目的:探讨双管鼻塞式持续气道正压(N-CPAP)给氧在新生儿呼吸衰竭中的应用及护理。方法:对在2007年1月～2010年5月收治的51例不同原因引起的新生儿呼吸衰竭患儿应用双管鼻塞式N-CPAP进行治疗及护理,观察治疗前、后临床症状及血气分析改善情况。结果:治疗有效35例,应用双管N-CPAP后R、HR、PCO_2、PO_2、均有明显改善。结论:双管N-CPAP治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭有明显的治疗效果且安全。Objective To investigate the double-tubo nasal continuous positive airway pressure （N-CPAP） oxygen in neonatal respiratory fail- ure in the application and care. Methods In January 2007 -2 010 years, May 51 treated patients with different causes of neonatal respiratory failure in children with dual tube nasal N-CPAP treatment and care, observed before and after the clinical symptoms and blood gas analysis to improve the situation. Results 35 cases of effective use of the two tubes after N-CPAP R, HR, PCO2, PO2, showed significant improve- ment. Conclusion double tube nasa/CPAP treatment of neonatal respiratory failure has significant therapeutic effects and safety.
