摘 要:为了将产品自动配置技术有效融入产品开发之中,从而提高产品的开发效率,提出了BOM知识体(KBOM)的理念,并建立了基于KBOM的可重用、可共享的产品配置模型,以表达领域知识;然后将配置模型映射成为动态约束满足问题(DSCP),进而设计了将回溯法、优选法和最邻近相似匹配法融入其中的分级遍历算法来求解DSCP,并给出了算法的实现流程;最后,以某企业的齿轮泵设计为应用实例,验证了所述方法的可行性和有效性。In order to implement product development efficiently by being blended with autoconfiguration technology, a concept of KBOM was put forward. The reusable and sharable configuration models of products were established to represent domain-specific knowledge based on KBOM. then the configuration model was mapped to DCSP. To solve the DSCP a graded traversal algorithm which was blended with backtracking algorithm and optimum seeking algorithm and similarity matching algorithm was designed and its inference process was provided. Finally, a configurable gear pump case was presented to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the presented approach.
