摘 要:为确保铸铁烘缸压力容器的使用性能,借助有限元方法对铸铁烘缸压力容器的应力分布进行分析,确定应力危险区域;同时利用声发射技术监测铸铁烘缸水压试验过程声发射特征,压力从0.5MPa开始进行两个加压循环。结果表明:设计压力作用下,拉应力过大造成的危险区域主要分布在缸体的环形结构不连续处及其他结构不连续处;在两次加压和保压过程中均未出现明显声发射定位源信号。根据GB/T18182-2000《金属压力容器声发射检测及结果评价方法》,综合等级划分为A级,不需要进行常规无损检测复验。In order to ensure the safety of cast iron pressure vessel dryer,stress distribution of cast iron dryer pressure vessels was analysized using finite element method,which was used to determine the danger stress zone.Meanwhile,acoustic emission characteristics of cast iron dryer were measured during two pressure cycle in water-pressure experiment,which is started up from 0.5 MPa.The results showed that the risk areas are mainly distributed in the cylinder of the ring structure,where structures are not continuous,under design pressure.No evident acoustic emission sources have been detected during two pressure cycle.In view of GB/T 18182-2000 "Acoustic emission testing of metal pressure vessels and the results of evaluation method",the overall class is graded A-class,other non-destructive testing does not required.
