摘  要:介绍了热分散的工艺与原理,以及高速摄像技术应用于热分散机理研究的方法。实验采用了有机玻璃磨片,并通过高速摄像机对磨浆过程中热分散机内部进行了完整的拍摄记录。通过观察,运用了两相流的力学模型对热分散中的胶黏物等杂质颗粒进行了力学分析,得到了热分散的数学机理模型。The technology and mechanism of heat dispersion and the methods which were used to study the mechanism of heat dispersion based on highspeed photography technology were introduced. The discs of the refiner were made of organic glass and the complete process of heat dispersion was recorded with a high-speed and resolution camera. According to the observation, force analysis was carried out by using the stickies based on the two-phrase flow mechanical model; the mathematical mechanism model of heat dispersion was established.
