主成分分析法在涂布纸质量综合评价中的应用

摘　　要：采用主成分分析方法,对15种相同定量的涂布纸性能参数进行分析,采用三个互不相关的独立指标参数替代涂布纸性能参数,并用一个综合指标对涂布纸进行评分。根据纸张性能参数对其评分结果进行验证,主成分分析方法用于涂布纸质量评价是可行的,可以简化纸张性能评价参数,从而实现涂布纸质量评价的便捷化。The principal component analysis （PCA） was applied to analyze the performance of 15 kinds of coated paper with same basis weight. As a result, three independent comprehensive index parameters were adopted to substitute the performance parameters of coated paper, and a comprehensive index parameter was used to score the paper properties. The scoring results are found to be reasonable by comparing them with the direct paper test data, indicating that it is feasible by using the PCA to value the coated paper performance. This method can simplify the evaluation parameters of paper performance so as to realize the convenience of quality evaluation of coated paper.
