摘  要:建立了毛细管气相色谱法检测人参须中有机氯农药残留的方法。以正己烷和丙酮为溶剂,利用索氏提取器中萃取人参须中六六六、滴滴涕以及五氯硝基苯等9种有机氯农药残留,提取液以浓硫酸净化,BPX608毛细管柱分离,电子捕获检测器检测六六六、滴滴涕农药的残留量,内标法定量。此外,还从结构上分析六六六异构体残留量与其性质的关系。该方法分离效果良好、灵敏度高、最低检测限在1.1×10^-14~2.8×10^-13g。六六六异构体极性越弱,残留量越高。A method for determining nine organochlorine pesticides(OCPs) from ginseng root hair was developed by means of the Soxhlet extraction(SOX) to extract the pesticides using n-hexane and acetone as solvents.The pesticides in the study consisted of α-,β-,γ-,and δ-benzenehexachloride(BHC),DDD,DDE,pp′-DDT,op′-DDT and pentachloronitrobezene(PCNB).After the Soxhlet extraction,extracts were purified with sulfuric acid and were analyzed by GC-ECD equipped with a BPX608 capillary column and quantified by the internal standard method.The relationship between the quantity and the structure of the BHC isomers was also studied.Nine OCPs were separated efficiently in high yield.The minimum detection ranged from 1.1×10^-14g to 2.8×10^-13 g.The lower the polarityof the BHC isomer,the higher its residual amount.
