摘　　要：对标题化合物的合成方法进行了改进。首先用三乙醇胺与二氯亚砜在氯仿中反应制备三(2-氯乙基)胺盐酸盐,然后与邻苯二甲酰亚胺钾在二甲基甲酰胺中反应得到标题化合物的盐酸盐,最后在甲醇中用氢氧化钾中和得到标题化合物。总收率65.4%。An improved method for synthesis of tris（2-aminoethyl）amine was reported.Tris（2-chloroethyl）amine hydrochloride was prepared by reaction of triethanolamine with thionyl chloride in chloroform.Subsequently,tris（2-chloroethyl）amine hydrochloride reacted with potassium phthalimide in DMF at 70 ℃ to form 2,2′,2″-triphthalimidotriethylamine,which was then hydrolyzed with 1∶1 hydrochloric acid.The tren salt obtained thereof was finally neutralized with KOH in methanol to give the desired product tren.The overall product yield was up to 65.4%.
