摘　　要：本文提出苏州市环境信息综合交换平台的解决方案,通过电子公文和数据业务两个交换平台,基于W ebSer-vice将其服务应用在环境信息各个系统平台中,然后对这些W eb组件进行动态的组合和集成,为用户提供一个统一的系统服务平台,解决环保信息存储和调用一体化问题,提高政府办事效率,为环保工作人员和公众提供更方便快捷的服务。This article discusses the solution scheme of environment comprehensive information exchange platform in Suzhou, through two platforms of data business and electrical documents, which are applied in each system of environmental information platform based on the WebService. Making up and integrating all the Web parts in order to provide the customers a uniform service platform to solute the information and integration issues and to improve the efficiency of the government, and is also much more convenient to provide quick service for both public and employee of environmental administrators.
