解毒活血汤加减治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛63例

摘　　要：目的:观察中药解毒活血汤加减治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效。方法:将108例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组63例,对照组45例,治疗组在中药解毒活血汤辨证加减治疗的基础上辅以西药常规治疗;对照组西药常规治疗,2周为1个疗程,2个疗程后比较疗效。结果:在临床改善后遗神经痛症状方面,治疗组疗效优于对照组,2组疗效差异有显著性(P<0.05),治疗组总有效率100%,优于对照组的84.45%(P<0.05),且患者症状、体征改善时间均较对照组短,止痛效果显著。结论:中医辨证、中西结合治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效显著,中医药辨证施治具有活血化瘀,清解余毒,通络止痛的特色优势。Objective：To observe clincal effects of JieDuHuoXue decoction in patients with postherpetic neuralgia.Methods：108 patients were randomly divided into treatment group（63 cases） which received JieDuHuoXue decoction combined with western medicine conventional therapy on the basis of TCM syndrome differentiation and control group（45 cases） which received western medicine conventional therapy,2 weeks as a course of treatment,comparing treatment efficacy after 2 courses.Results：The improving symptoms of postherpetic neuralgia in the treatment group was better than the control group;there was significant difference between 2 groups（P0.05）.The effectivity rate in the treatment group is 100% and 84.45%in the control group;there are significant difference between 2 groups（P0.05）.The improving time of symptoms and signs in the treatment group is shorter than the control group;the analgesic effect in the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion：JieDuHuoXue decoction combined with western medicine conventional therapy have good effects for postherpetic neuralgia on the basis of TCM syndrome differentiation.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation has characteristic advantages,such as promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis,clearing solution vestiges and dredging the collaterals to stop pain.
