禽健宝对人工感染鸡大肠杆菌肉鸡的预防保护试验

摘  要:为比较禽健宝高剂量组和低剂量组、扶正方和喹乙醇对人工感染鸡大肠杆菌肉鸡的预防保护作用,将150羽26日龄的三黄肉鸡分为禽健宝高剂量组(1.5%)和低剂量组(1.0%)、扶正方组(1.5%)、喹乙醇组和空白对照组,共5组,每组30羽。在其基础日粮中连续添加10 d扶正方、禽健宝和喹乙醇后用鸡大肠杆菌O2血清型人工感染肉鸡,并与喹乙醇添加组和空白对照组相比较。结果表明,禽健宝高剂量组的预防保护率和耐过率均高于其它各组;禽健宝高剂量组的存活率比喹乙醇组和对照组分别提高28.48%和38.57%,耐过率分别提高38.57%和80.18%。因此,认为禽健宝高剂量组对人工感染鸡大肠杆菌具有较好的预防作用。In order to compare the preventive effects of Qinjianbao high-dose group,Qinjianbao low-dose group,Fuzhengfang and Olaquindox on E.coli artificially infected broiler chicken,150 three-yellow broiler chickens of 26-day-old were divided into five groups that Qinjianbao high-dose group(1.5%),Qinjianbao low-dose group(1.0%),Fuzhengfang group(1.5%),Olaquindox group and control group,and 30 broiler chickens per group.Continuously adding Fuzhengfang,Qinjianbao and Olaquindox to the basal diet of broiler chickens for 10 d,then,the E.coli serotype O2 was used for artificial infection of broiler chickens,and compared with Olaquindox group and control group.The results showed that the protection rate and resistance of Qinjianbao high-dose group were higher than that of the others;the survival rate of Qinjianbao high-dose group increased by 28.48% and 38.57% than that of Olaquindox group and control group,respectively;the rate of resistance increased by 38.57% and 80.18% than that of Olaquindox group and control group,respectively.Therefore,it considered that the Qinjianbao high-dose group has a better protective effect on E.coli artificially infected broiler chickens.
