摘  要:研究了不同浓度2,4-D对毒芹诱导成活率的影响。结果表明,以毒芹(Cicutavirosa L.)的幼茎为外植体进行组织培养分组试验,在其他因素相同的情况下,2,4-D含量为0.7mg/L的培养基为最佳诱导培养基,毒芹外植体的诱导成活率最高。随着2,4-D浓度的升高,毒芹外植体诱导成活率逐渐升高。The object of the study was to reveal the relationship between 2,4-D with different concentrations and the survival rate of induction of Cicuta virosa.The results showed that,in the grouping experiments of tissue culture using the tender green stems as explants,the optimal induction medium contained 0.7mg/L 2,4-D and the survival rate of induction was the highest when other factors were the same.The survival rate of induction improved gradually along with the improving of the concentrations of 2,4-D.
