摘  要:用分光光度计法和SPAD-502叶绿素仪法分别测定小麦叶片的叶绿素含量。结果表明,使用分光光度计法浸泡叶片比研磨叶片测得的叶绿素含量略高,且误差较小,两种处理提取叶绿素的含量呈显著正相关;SPAD值与分光光度计法测定的小麦叶绿素含量呈显著正相关,经数学模型检验,在抽穗期SPAD值与叶绿素a、叶绿素b及总叶绿素含量的最佳数学模型为乘幂模型,而在开花期SPAD值与叶绿素a、叶绿素b及总叶绿素含量的最佳数学模型分别为乘幂模型、指数模型和对数模型。Chlorophyll content of wheat leaves was measured by means of spectrophotometer and chlorophyll meter SPAD-502 respectively.Results showed that the soaked leaf had higher chlorophyll content than grinded leaf with small error when measured by method of spectrophotometer.Chlorophyll contents extracted by these two treatments had a remarkable positive correlation,the same to chlorophyll contents measured by the two different meters.The result of mathematical model text showed that during heading stage,the best mathematical model between chlorophyll A,chlorophyll B and the total content and the SPAD value was power model;while during blooming stage the best mathematical model between them was power model,index model and logarithmic model respectively.
