摘 要:运用室内纹枯病菌接种法,对各地700多个水稻亲本材料的纹枯病抗性进行了鉴定,并分析了各材料纹枯病的病级和显著性。通过抗病性鉴定发现,各亲本材料间抗病性差异显著,试验将700多个亲本材料分为抗病、中等抗病、中等感病和感病4种类型;结果筛选得到了25个抗病亲本和21个中等抗病亲本,其余材料则为感病和中等感病材料。该研究也为进一步筛选高抗水稻纹枯病的育种材料和基因资源提供了条件。The resistance of more than 700 rice parents to rice sheath blight in different regions of China was identified indoor by the method of inoculation.The indices resistance level and significance were analyzed in the experiments.Disease resistance identification analysis indicated that the disease resistances among the parents were significantly different.700 parents were classified into 4 types:resistance,moderate resistance,moderate susceptibility and susceptibility.25 resistance parents and 21 moderate resistance parents were screened from all the parents in this study.Others were moderate susceptibility and susceptibility parents.Finally,the results would provide reference to select the high resistance to rice sheath blight breeding samples and gene resources.
