摘  要:试验对银杏(Ginkgo biloba L.)叶中内源激素和银杏萜内酯的含量进行了年周期测定。结果表明,IAA含量前期较高,后期尤其是行将落叶期较低,3次明显的含量高峰分别出现在6月25日、7月10日、9月10日,第一次峰值最高[201.13nmol/g(FW)],最低值出现在10月25日后,仅为20.13nmol/g(FW),高值与低值相差近9倍。GA3含量变化与IAA含量变化趋势大体一致,但具有滞后性,其峰值出现在8月上旬和9月下旬。ABA含量在银杏叶生长早期含量较低,6月初含量仅为1.73nmol/g(FW),7月底之前含量绝对值一直维持在较低的水平,在8月份含量异常升高,此后ABA的含量亦迅速上升,并于10月末达到全年的最大值41.04nmol/g(FW)。IAA含量全年变化趋势恰好与总萜变化相反,在采样初期IAA含量处于全年最高值[201.13nmol/g(FW)],此时总萜处于全年较低值。但在随后的数次采样检测中,在8月末期IAA的含量出现次低值[47.87nmol/g(FW)],而此时总萜的含量则处于全年的次高值(0.437%);而后IAA含量上升到89.21nmol/g(FW),总萜含量则下降至0.353%;再后,IAA的含量一直降低,而总萜含量则上升至全年的最高峰后下降。The contents of endogenous hormones and ginkgo lactone in leaves of Ginkgo biloba L.were measured.The results showed that the content of IAA was higher in early stage and defoliation stage.The three peaks were on June 25,July 10 and September 10 respectively.The first peak was the highest [201.43 nmol/g(FW)],and the lowest was 20.13 nmol/g(FW) on October 25.So did the GA3 content,and a little delay.The peaks appeared on the first ten-day of August and the last ten-day of September.The contents of ABA were kept in the low levels until the end of July.It was 1.73 nmol/g(FW) in early June.It increased from August and reached the maximum of the year 41.04 nmol/g(FW).The changing trend of IAA content in a year was adverse to that of the total terpenoids,in the early,the IAA content had the highest value [201.13 nmol/g(FW)],then the lower value of total terpenoids in the year.However,in subsequent testing,the IAA levels in late August [47.87 nmol/g(FW)] was relatively lower,but this time the total terpenoids content was the second largest value(0.437%);IAA content then increased to 89.21 nmol/g(FW),total terpenoids content decreased to 0.353%;After that,IAA content reduced,but the total terpenoids content increased to the maximum of the year and then decreased.
