摘  要:试验研究了在成熟培养液中添加促黄体素释放激素A3(Luteinizing hormone releasing hormoneA3,LHRH-A3)与表皮生长因子(Epidermal growth factor,EGF)联合作用对猪卵母细胞体外成熟及孤雌发育的影响,以确立猪卵母细胞体外成熟的最佳条件。结果表明,在猪卵母细胞体外成熟培养中,LHRH-A3可以代替孕马血清促性腺激素(Pregnant mare serum gonadotropin,PMSG)和人绒毛膜促性腺激素(Human chorionic gonadotrophin,hCG);在孤雌发育中,LHRH-A3作用的效果明显高于添加PMSG和hCG组合;在联合应用处理中,剂量为1.5μg/mL LHRH-A3和40ng/mL EGF的组合对猪卵母细胞体外培养和孤雌发育的效果比较好。The effect of supplemented Luteinizing hormone releasing hormone A3(LHRH-A3) and Epidermal growth factor(EGF) in maturation medium on in vitro maturation of porcine oocytes and the development of parthenogenesis was studied to establish the best conditions for in vitro maturation of the pig oocytes.The results showed that during the maturation of the pig oocyte in vitro,Pregnant mare serum gonadotropin(PMSG) and Human chorionic gonadotrophin(hCG) could be replaced by LHRH-A3.During the development of parthenogenesis,the effect of LHRH-A3 was significantly better than that of the combination of PMSG and hCG.The combinated treatment of 1.5 μg/mL LHRH-A3 and 40 ng/mL EGF was better for porcine oocyte culture in vitro and parthenogenetic development.The combinated treatment of 1.5 μg/mL LHRH-A3 and 40ng/mL EGF was better for porcine oocyte culture in vito and parthenogeretic development.
