中国大白猪SⅡ_1系系谱结构及近交程度分析

摘　　要：通过整理中国大白猪SⅡ1系各世代的系谱资料,系统分析了其近交程度和世代组成的遗传结构。结果表明,目前中国大白猪SⅡ1系的平均近交系数为1.36%,仍处于较低的水平;近交系数的年增量为0.3342%,群体有效含量为149.61头。By sorting out the pedigree data in each generation,the inbreeding level and the pedigree structure of genera-tional composition was systematically analyzed.The results showed that the current inbreeding level of the China Yorkshire S Ⅱ1 breeds was in low level and with an average inbreeding index of 1.36%.The annual increment was 0.334 2% and the effective population size was 149.61.
