Effects of Temperature Stress on Development and Survival Rate of the Apple Snail,Pomacea canaliculata(Lamarck) from Different Geographical Populations in China

摘  要:为了明确我国不同地理种群福寿螺对温度的耐受性,特选择在室内控温条件下,研究高温和低温胁迫对不同地理种群福寿螺生长及生存的影响。结果表明,经36℃和39℃温度处理后,各地理种群的体重增长差异显著,南宁种群的平均体重显著高于其他种群,而在9℃和12℃条件下,各地理种群间无差异。经30、33、36℃分别处理的各地理种群的存活率从高到低依次为南宁、广州、福州、台州、昆明;而经9、12℃处理后的存活率与高温胁迫相反。经生存曲线分析,发现耐热性最强的是南宁种群,最差的是昆明种群;而南宁种群的耐寒性最差,昆明种群的耐寒性最强。因此,我国台州、福州、广州、南宁、昆明等地的福寿螺,具有不同的温度耐受性。To invesligate the temperature tolerance of different geogrophy groups of apple snail(Pomacen canaliculata) in China,five populations of apple snail were collected from TZ,FZ,GZ,NN and KM.These apple snails were treated by controled high and low temperature in door to observe the effects of extrem temperature stress on their development and survival rate.The results showed that development of different populations was dramatically different at 36℃ and 39℃,and increase of the body weight in Nanning population was significantly higher than others.However,development of different populations showed no difference at 9℃ and 12℃.The survival rates were arranged in a decent order of NNGZFZ TZKM at 30℃,33℃ and 36℃.On the contrary,the survival rate arranged in an opposite order at 9℃ and 12℃.Based on the analysis of survival rate curve,Nanning population had the strongest heat tolerance and the weakest cold tolerance,while kumming population had the lowest heat tolerance and highest cold tolerance.
