摘　　要：鉴于人工授精技术的成熟性和众多优点,近些年来在集约化养猪生产中得到了广泛应用。同时,随着相关生理生化技术的进步,其技术的发展加快,特别是精液冷冻保存技术、XY精子分离技术、子宫颈后和子宫深部、腹腔镜人工授精等技术成为人工授精技术的研究热点和发展方向。本文简要概述了猪冷冻精液、猪子宫内人工授精及性控精液技术在现阶段的研究及应用。As a sophisticated and outstanding method,the artificial insemination technology has been widely used in intensive pig industry.In company with the provement of physilological and biochemical technic in recent years,the artificial in semination technology is developing more rapidly.Some new technology such as semen frozen,the sex sorted spermatozoa,intro-uterine insemination,deep intro-uterinehorn insemination and the laparoscopic artificial insemination technology becomes the topic and developing direction of recent research in artificial insemination technology.In this article,the current study and application of semen frozen,intra-uterine insemination and the sex sorted spermatozoa technology were summarized.
