摘 要:目的制备纳米ZnO粉体,并研究其电磁性能。方法应用溶胶-凝胶技术制备了纳米ZnO粉体,采用TG-SDTA,XRD,EDS,SEM等手段对产物进行了表征,用波导法测试了样品在X波段(8.2GHz^12.4GHz)的电磁特性。结果所制备样品为六方纤锌矿结构的短六棱柱状纳米ZnO粉体,原子比例偏离了1∶1,平均晶粒度和颗粒度随着煅烧温度的升高而增大,所制备样品具有较大的电磁损耗特性,煅烧温度为700℃时介电损耗最大,而600℃时磁损耗最大。结论此工艺条件下制备的纳米ZnO粉体属于电磁损耗型微波吸收材料。Aim To prepare nano-ZnO powder and study their electromagnetic performance with different calcination temperature.Methods The nano-ZnO powder was prepared by sol-gel process and their thermic weightlessness,morphology and structure were investigated by TG-SDTA,XRD,EDS,SEM and so on.And the permittivity and magnetic constants of the products were studied by waveguide method in X band(8.2GHz~12.4GHz).Results The products are short prism nano-ZnO with hexagonal wurtzite structure.With the calcination temperature rising,the average grain sizes and granularity increase.The products have biggish electromagnetic loss property,and 700℃ is the best calcination temperature for the dielectric loss tangent,while 600℃ for the magnetic loss tangent.Conclusion The nano-ZnO powders prepared by this technological condition are the microwave absorption materials with the electromagnetic loss.
