摘　　要：大学生的心理问题日渐突出,及时开展心理咨询,纠正学生不健康的心理和性格问题是教师教育和管理学生的前提。网上心理咨询系统使咨询者心理得到松弛,可提高测量的真实性和准确性,并可对心理咨询活动进行管理和分析。给出该系统的设计,详细阐述系统的实现。该系统具有成本低、访问便捷和实时互动等优点。The psychological problems of college students have become more and more prominent.Conducting psychological consultation,remedying the problems of insalubrious psychology and characters are the bases of teaching and managing the students.Internet psychological counseling system manages and analyzes the psychological consultation.This system improves the authenticity and accuracy of the evaluation.It brings clients mental relaxation.Elaborates on the design and implementation of the Internet psychological counseling system.This system has advantages of low cost,convenient access,real-time interaction and so on.
