摘  要:目的:了解镁对脊髓损伤的作用。方法:采用Alen打击法(50g/cm)造成大鼠脊髓中度损伤,伤后静脉注射MgCl2(100umol/kg),观察其对脊髓血流量(SCBF)和脊髓诱发电位(SEP)的影响。结果:发生脊髓损伤后1h,SCBF开始显著下降,4~8h进一步下降,持续至伤后24h。SEP峰潜伏时呈进行性延长趋势。伤后即刻静脉注射MgCl2,可使伤后SCBF有所改善,SCBF开始显著下降的时间延长1h,并在伤后即刻升高SCBF,超过伤前的10%;减轻伤后SEP峰潜伏时的延长程度。结论:镁对受损脊髓早期有一定的保护作用。Objective:To investigate the relationship between Mg 2+ and spinal cord injury(SCI). Method:The rat spinal cord was injured by Allen′s weight drop method(50g/cm) and the effect of MgCl 2 treatment on posttraumatic spinal cord blood flow(SCBF) and spinal cord evoked potential(SEP) were examined at an intravenous injection of 100umol/kg. Result:The SCBF decreased significantly at first hour after SCI and continued to fall in 24h post injury, the SEP′s peak latencies tended to be delayed progressively. After treated with MgCl 2,SCBF increased 10% at 10min post injury and delayed the duration of trauma required to produce decline of SCBF from 1h to 2h. Meanwhile, SEP′s peak latencies were ameliorated to various degrees. Conclusion:Mg 2+ may protect the injured spinal cord by delaying the decreased of SCBF. It can also enhance the neural conduction of the spinal cord.
