摘  要:为研究微结构尺寸和注塑成型工艺参数对微结构复制度的影响,本文以背光模组中增亮膜上V型结构为研究对象,设计的三组V结构,结合正交试验方法,以成型角度、高度作为注塑质量评价指标进行注塑实验。实验说明,所设计的三组V结构在相同工艺参数下的成型质量不同,间距相同时,深度值大(30μm)的V型结构成型质量要好;深度相同,间距大(600μm)的V结构复制度反而差,对于不同评价指标,注塑工艺参数的影响程度不同。In order to study the effect of micro-structure size and injection molding processing parameter on the replication explicit of microstructures,this discourse studied on V structures in a brightness enhancement film(BEF),and then designed three groups of microstructures.Furthermore combined with orthogonal experimental method,selecting the angle and the depth as evaluating indicators of quality,an L18(37)orthogonal experiment was designed.The experiment showed that the injection quality of three designed groups V-cuts was different under the same processing parameters.The quality was better for the V structures with the depth at 30 μm under the same pitch,but for the same depth it was much worse when the pitch at 600 μm on the duplication accuracy.As far as the different evaluating indicators were concerned,the effect of the processing parameters were distinguishing.
