硅酸盐填充型无卤阻燃聚碳酸酯的性能研究

摘　　要：经熔融共混制备了间苯二酚双磷酸酯(RDP)与聚苯基甲基硅氧烷(DC-8008)复合阻燃的填充型无卤阻燃聚碳酸酯(FRPC),研究了分别加入质量分数10%的晶须硅、滑石粉和玻纤填料后,FRPC的阻燃性能、力学性能和耐热性能。结果表明,填料晶须硅、滑石粉和玻纤都可以提高FRPC的阻燃性能和拉伸强度,其中玻纤的效果最佳,滑石粉次之,晶须硅较差。The halogen-free flame-retardant polycarbonate（FRPC） composites filled with different kinds of silicate were prepared with resorcinol bis（diphenylphosphate）（RDP）and methyl-phenyl siloxane resin（DC-8008）by melt blending.Then the influences of flame retardancy,mechanical properties and heat resistance were studied when filling 10 wt% silicon whisker,Talc and glass fiber in FRPC separately.The results showed that silicon whisker,talc and glass fiber could increase the thermal stability and tensile strength of FRPC.The effect of glass fiber was the best,following the talc and the whisker was least significantly.
