摘　　要：概要介绍了前苏联计划预修制及日本的TPM维修思想,并将预修制与TPM思想的主要精神加以比较。通过结合营口化纤厂的生产实际,提出国内化纤行业可借鉴的建议。The plan maintenance system in advance of Former Soviet Union and TMP maintenance thought of Japan were introduced, and main spirits of the plan maintenance system and TMP maintenance thought were compared. Some suggestions for the domestic chemical fiber industry were put forward combining with the actual production of Yingkou Chemical Fiber Co. , Ltd.
