速效冠心滴鼻剂临床研究初探  

Preliminary clinical study on Suxiao Guanxin Nose Drops

摘　　要：本制剂选用麝香为主的活血化瘀中药复方，提取其有效成分，制成滴鼻剂，从鼻腔粘膜给药，达到迅速缓解心绞痛之目的。做了滴鼻剂组与速效救心丸组及硝酸甘油组的临床对比试验，滴鼻剂组抗心绞痛有效率达８２．５０％，２～５分钟疼痛消失，改善心电图总有效率为８０％，而与速效救心丸对照组相比，有显著性差异。从止痛时间、心电图改善情况看，滴鼻剂组优于速效救心丸组（Ｐ＜０．０１），与硝酸甘油组作用相似（Ｐ＞０．０５）。Suxiao Guanxin Nose-drops is a preparation of active principles extrated from a complex prescription mainly consisting musk.This preparation is administrated through nasal mucos a to alleviate angina pectoris rapidly.Clinical compairing experiment was made among three groups of the nose-drops,Suxiao Jiuxin pill,and nitroglycerin.In Suxiao Guanxin Nose-drops group,the effective rate of anti-angina pectoris is 82.5%,the pain disappeares in 2￣5 minute;ECG of 80% of the cases was modifcaed;and the results show obvious difference compaired with Suxiao Jiuxin pill group.Concerning the analgesic time,ECG modifcation,Suxiao Guanxin Nose-drops group is better than Suxiao Jiuxin pill group( P <0.01),and similar to nitroglycerin group( P >0.05).This preparation provide a new way to cure angina pectoris.
