WHOQOL-BREF在慢性荨麻疹患者中应用的信度、效度及影响因素分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)应用于慢性荨麻疹患者生存质量评价的可行性、信度与效度及影响因素。[方法]用WHOQOL-BREF和皮肤病生活质量指标(DLQI)分别对210名慢性荨麻疹患者进行问卷调查。用SPSS软件进行信度、效度分析,多元逐步回归分析可能影响因素。[结果]WHO-QOL-BREF用于评价慢性荨麻疹患者生存质量的Guttman分半信度为0.768,Cronbach'α系数为0.798,且与皮肤病生活质量指标(DLQI)相关程度较高,具有较好的信度与效度。[结论]WHOQOL-BREF可用于CU患者生活质量的评价,且具有较好的信度和效度。影响患者生活质量的主要因素有家庭摩擦、食欲、自评分、视觉模拟评分、皮肤科症状评分等。[ Objective] To explore the reliability and validity of World Health Organization Quality of Life - Bref （WHOQOL-BREF） in evaluating the quality of life in patients with chronic urticria. And to explore the main influential factors influencing quality of life of patients with chronic urtiearia. [Methods] Two hundred and ten patients were investigated with WHOQOL-BREF and Dermatology Life Quality Index （DLQI）. The reliability and validity of WHOQOL-BREF were assessed by means of reliability analysis and criterion-related validity. [ Results] The Guttman split-half coefficient and Cronbach alpha coefficient of WHOQOL-BREF was 0.768 and 0.798 respectively. WHOQOL-BREF was related with DLQI. [ Conclusion] WHOQOL-BREF can be used for＂ assessing the quality of life in patients of chronic urticaria with good reliability and validity. The main factors influencing QOL include family friction, appetite, self-assessment, visual analogy score （VAS）, symptom score in dermatology.
