农村艾滋病医护人员工作压力源及对心理健康的影响

摘　　要：[目的]了解农村艾滋病医护人员工作压力源现状及对心理健康的影响。[方法]采用自制艾滋病医护人员工作压力源问卷和一般健康问卷对342名艾滋病医护人员进行测试。[结果]艾滋病医护人员工作压力源在管理问题方面得分为最高,均值以上者为46.5%(159人),其次为人际排斥,高于均值者为45%(154人),在职业风险方面得分高于均值者为38.6%(132人);在部分人口统计学特征上,其工作压力源的不同方面有显著性差异;工作压力源与心理健康水平相关极其显著(P﹤0.001);分层回归结果显示,控制了人口统计学变量后工作压力源对心理健康的解释量达到9.8%,有极显著统计学意义(P﹤0.01),其中管理问题和人际排斥的解释贡献率均达统计显著性水平(P﹤0.01和P﹤0.05)。[结论]应加强管理,改善他们的工作与生存环境,给予他们更多的社会支持与关注,减轻其工作压力,增进其心理健康。[Objective] To explore the source of job stress and its effect on mental health of medical staff caring on HIV /AIDS in rural area.[Methods] Inventory and General Health Questionnaire（GHQ-12） were used to examine 342 medical staff caring for HIV /AIDS.[Results] 46.5%（159） subjects got scores higher than the average in management problem followed by 45%（154） subjects in social discrimination and 38.6%（132） in occupational risks.There were significant differences in the sources of job stress among medical staff caring for HIV /AIDS with different demographic variables.The sources had a rather significant correlation with the mental health（P﹤0.001）;Hierarchical multiple regression showed that it can predicted 9.8% variations of mental health after controlling the demographic variables.The contribution of management problems and social discrimination to mental health were statistically significant（P﹤0.01 P﹤0.05）.[Conclusion] More attention should be paid to job stress sources of medical staff caring on HIV /AIDS in rural area,especially on the management problems and social discrimination,in order to improve their mental health and the quality of life and work.
