CAP实验室认证中尿沉渣分析仪质量保证体系的建立及应用

摘　　要：[目的]为了满足CAP实验室认证,建立全自动尿沉渣分析仪UF-100的质量保证体系。[方法]遵循CAP要求,通过全自动尿沉渣分析仪UF-100测定其携带污染、线性、仪器校准及验证、精密度、仪器间比对及质控和PT,并进行性能评价。[结果]UF-100测定各指标均具有良好的线性和重复性;携带污染可忽略,但随仪器老化,携带污染率会有所增高;仪器校准及校准验证均合格;仪器间比对有较好的相关性;QC和PT均在控。[结论]实验室3台UF-100均符合CAP性能评价要求,可应用于临床检测,并提供了持续性的质量保证。[Objective] To establish the quality assurance system on flow cytometer urine sediment analyzer in order to meet CAP laboratory accreditation.[Methods] Evaluated the carryover,linearity,preciseness calibration,QC and PT of flow cytometer urine sediment analyzer according to the guideline established by the College of American Pathologists（CAP）.[Results] The results by UF-100 possessed good linearity and high preciseness,the carryover was lower but it would be increased with the aging of equipment,the instrument calibration and calibration verification were qualified and there was a good correlation between instruments,QC and PT were in control.[Conclusion] Three sets UF-100 are all in line with the requirements,we can extensively use them in clinic and which provides a continuous quality assurance.
