提高医院医疗设备管理效益的几点思考

摘　　要：管理效益的提高离不开有效的管理方法和手段,管理观念与管理方法和手段是一脉相承的。通过观念创新改变管理方式是新时期医院提高设备效益的必然趋势;加强医疗设备经济管理和网络管理是提高管理效益的中心环节及其必要的手段。Medical equipments' management benefits are derivde from many - sided joint efforts in the equipments' development, sophistication, use and maintenance: assessments of the appropriateness and effectiveness of equipment require extensive and intensive cooperation between hospitals and industry so as to make more and better use of nwe and emerging scientific advances; purchase of products is determined on the basis of best value - for - investment decisions arrived at after market driven comparisons; application is individualized in consideration of meeds, equipments' relative functions, benefits, and limitations with regards to the promoation, protection and restoration of client' s health conditions; economic management and network coordination facilitated by development of information and communication technology are extended for better understanding and use of greater improved, more efficient and innovative diagnostic procedures and treatment methods integrated into health services development.
