摘　　要：[目的]探讨川崎病的临床特征、诊断和治疗。[方法]对某院1999～2009年收治的88例川崎病进行了回顾性分析。[结果]川崎病临床表现多样,容易误诊,丙种球蛋白联用阿司匹林在临床广泛应用。[结论]临床医生应该提高对该病的认识,做到早诊断、早治疗。[Objective] To investigate the clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of Kawasaki disease.[Methods] A retrospective analysis of 88 cases were performed,which were diagnosed as Kawasaki disease from 1999 to 2009.[Results] Kawasaki disease has a variety of clinical manifestation,and was easily misdiagnosed and in clinical practice,combination immunoglobulin with aspirin had been applied for curing the disease extensively.[Conclusion] Clinicians should pay more attention to the disease,and diagnose and treat early.
