摘　　要：[目的]探讨2型糖尿病患者糖尿病足的危险因素,为预防糖尿病足提供依据,以寻求有效的防治对策。[方法]对28例糖尿病足患者进行回顾性分析。[结果]糖尿病足的发生率与年龄、病程、血糖水平、缺乏糖尿病健康教育等有密切关系。[结论]通过预防可以降低糖尿病足的发生率,尤其是有效的健康教育是预防糖尿病足的关键。[Objective] To investigate risk factors of diabetic foot of type 2 diabetes patients,and to provide the basis for the prevention of diabetic foot in order to find effective countermeasures.[Methods] 28 patients with diabetic foot were analyzed retrospectively.[Results] The age,disease duration,blood glucose levels,lack of health education were closely related to diabetic foot.[Conclusion] Prevention can reduce the incidence of diabetic foot,especially effective health education is the key to prevent diabetic foot.
