气相色谱法测定复方桑菊感冒冲剂中薄荷脑的含量

摘　　要：目的用毛细管气相色谱法建立测定复方桑菊感冒冲剂中薄荷脑含量的方法。方法采用SUPELCOWAXTM-10毛细管柱（30m×0.53mm,1.0μm）,FID检测器,柱温112℃,以萘为内标,按内标法计算薄荷脑的含量。结果薄荷脑在21.56-215.6μg（r=0.9995）范围内有较好线性关系,平均加样回收率为97.5%,RSD=1.2%（n=6）。结论该方法简便快速,结果准确,可以有效控制该药品的质量。OBJECTIVE To establish a GC method for the determinatione of menthol in Compound Sangju cold granules.METHODS The capillary column was used SUPELCOWAXTM-10（30m×0.53mm,1.0μm）,and the detector was FID.The column temperature was 112℃,and naphthaline was selected as internal standard.The assay of menthol was calculated by internal standard method.RESULTS Under this condition,the linearity relationship of menthol in the concentration range of21.56～215.6μg was good（r=0.9995）.The average recovery was 97.5% with RSD of 1.2%（n=6）.CONCLUSION The method is convenient,rapid,and accurate.It can be used for the quality control of the drug.
