抗氧化中药的毒性试验

摘　　要：对抗氧化中药（绞股蓝－丹参复方制剂）进行毒性试验研究。结果表明：急性试验小鼠和大鼠的ＬＤ５０分别为３６６９ｍｇ／ｋｇ、３８６９ｍｇ／ｋｇ（Ｂ．Ｗ）均大于人每日口服剂量的２０倍以上，提示本品毒性甚微。长期毒性试验在相当于人每日剂量２０倍、连续９０ｄ后出现中毒症状，如体重增长延迟、贫血、肝肾实质变性等，但用一般治疗剂量，则无明显储积毒性作用。Acute toxic tests of Gynostemma Danshen pentaphyllum composite were performed on Swiss mice and Wistar rats. The results showed that the LD 50 by mouth in mice was 3 669 mg/kg (B.W), the 95% confidence being 4 009-3 357 mg/kg (B.W);the LD 50 in rats was 3 869 mg/kg (B.W), the 95% confidence being 4 121-3 633 mg/kg (B.W). Both were 20 times larger than the recommended daily therapeutic dose for patients. Long term toxic test was performed in Wistar rats. Consecutive oral administration of doses less than the LD 50 for 90 days exhibited no toxic manifestation, which indicated that the Gynostemma pentaphyllum composite exerted little cumulate toxic effects.
