米索前列醇用于足月妊娠引产剂量的探讨

摘　　要：为了探讨米索前列醇含服用于足月妊娠引产的临床合理剂量，选择有引产指征，无引产及米索前列醇使用禁忌症的单胎、头位的足月妊娠妇女７２例，随机分为Ａ，Ｂ，Ｃ三组，分别用米索前列醇２５μｇ、５０μｇ、７５μｇ／次含服，间隔４～６ｈ重复给药，２４ｈ内最大剂量为２００μｇ。结果：Ａ组、Ｂ组与Ｃ组引产成功率分别为７５０％、９００６％和９０８％。首次用药至规律宫缩开始时间分别为１２８３±５９８ｈ、６８２±２２１ｈ和６３５±３４２ｈ，首次用药至胎儿娩出时间分别为１６３３±７６５ｈ、８６０±４４２ｈ和８８２±４８７ｈ。Ａ组与Ｂ，Ｃ组比较，差异有显著性（Ｐ＜００５），Ｂ组与Ｃ组比较，差异无显著性（Ｐ＞００５）。但宫缩过强伴胎儿监护异常的发生率Ａ组和Ｂ组低于Ｃ组。提示：５０μｇ剂量米索前列醇用于足月妊娠引产较为合理。We present here the results of semen analysis from 376 cases normal Buyi nationality in Guizhou province. Evaluated spermatozoa parameters were as following:Semen volume was 1.0 4.0 ml; Liquefaction of 30 min after collection. The pH was at 6.8-8.0; Sperm vitality was 57%-83%;55%-79% of the sperm was normal morsphologically;Spermatozoa concantration was 23.6-163.7×10 6/ml; The spermatozoa motility was expressed in four scales of a to b (a and b degree were 4%-11% and 48%-73% respectively) No-sperm cells was 1-4/HP. We fond that some of the evaluated parameters differed somewhat from reported one. This could be caused by the experimental procedures, nationality and environment factorts and other unknow causes.
