长三角中学竞技体育后备人才培养现状与对策分析

摘　　要：通过文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈等研究方法对长三角中学竞技体育后备人才队伍的现状进行分析和研究,发现目前长三角中学竞技体育后备人才队伍呈倒金字塔形的梯队结构,且学训矛盾依然严重。为此,提出相应的对策:提高长三角中学竞技体育后备人才培养过程中运动训练的科学化水平;拓宽长三角中小学竞技体育学生运动员生源基础,形成小学-中学-大学的一条龙培养体系。By the research methods of literature, questionnaire, interview to experts etc, the paper pointed out that the condition of the Athlete＇ age is illogical, and there still existed the contradiction of learning and training. Meanwhile the corresponding countermeasures are put forward, such as to enhance the level of training; to widen the outlet and recruiting approach of the athletes.
