摘　　要：生态模型通过心理、社会、自然环境、政策等层面解释和干预行为。基于生态模型中不同环境层次的干预措施可以显著地提高人们的锻炼行为。研究介绍了生态模型的理论背景及其在锻炼心理学中的应用,并介绍国外应用生态模型进行的干预研究以及此模型在我国的应用前景。The ecological model includes psychological, social, physical nature, and policy levels. The interventions based on these different levels could increase participations of physical activity. The present article introduces the ecological model and its applications in the field of exercise psychology. In addition, this article introduces the current international advanced research using ecological model to promote physical activity and how this model could be used in China.
