摘 要:大耳姬鼠Apodemus latronum的分类地位,尤其它和龙姬鼠A.draco的关系,还存在着争议。用PCR扩增了采集自5个不同地点的大耳姬鼠的线粒体细胞色素b(cytb)基因,并和GenBank已有的3条大耳姬鼠cytb序列一起分析其碱基组成和变异情况。采用邻接法(Neighbor-joining,NJ)、最大简约法(Maximum parsimony,MP)、最大似然法(Maximum likelihood,ML)和贝叶斯法(Bayesian inference,BI)构建了大耳姬鼠和龙姬鼠的系统发育树。4种方法构建的系统发育树拓扑结构一致,大耳姬鼠和龙姬鼠均各自形成单系,龙姬鼠先与台湾森鼠A.semotus聚在一起,再与大耳姬鼠形成姐妹群。此外,大耳姬鼠和龙姬鼠两者间的K2P平均遗传距离达到0.14。因此,认为大耳姬鼠是一个独立的种,而不是龙姬鼠的一个亚种。Whether Apodemus latronum should be treated as an independent species or a subspecies of A. draco are still being disputed. In this study, the mitochondrial cytochrome b ( cyt b) genes of 5 individuals of A. latronum were sequenced. By comparing with three cyt b sequences of A. latronum from GenBank, the base compositions and divergences were analyzed. Neighbor-joining (NJ) , maximum parsimony (MP) , maximum likelihood (ML) and Bayesian inference (Bl) analyses were conducted. All of the analyses yielded the same topologies, and two monophyletic elades could be recognized. The individuals of A. latronum formed a monophyletie cladc. In the other elade, the individuals of A. draco clus- tered together with one individual ofA. sermotus and this group appeared sister to A. latronum. Meanwhile, genetic distances (K2P) showed that the average genetic distance between A. latronum and A. draco was 0. 14. Thus, we conclude that A. latronum should be considered as a valid species rather than a subspecies of A. draco.
