摘 要:研究了泛蚁蛉幼虫对筑穴材料选择性,并分析了筑穴材料中的含水量对泛蚁蛉幼虫筑穴率的影响。泛蚁蛉各龄期幼虫均偏爱在细土粒中筑穴;各龄幼虫在70~40目颗粒中有最高的筑穴率和最大的穴直径,2、3龄在颗粒组合1/3Ⅰ+1/3Ⅱ+1/3Ⅴ中也有较高的筑穴率和大的穴直径,且筑穴率和穴直径与在70~40目颗粒中无明显差异;当筑穴材料中的含水量小于3%时,各龄泛蚁蛉幼虫均有较高的筑穴率。The selection for pit-building materials of Myreleon formicarious was studied through analyzing the effects of two types of materials, different particle-sized soils, and water content of soil on pit-building rates. The results showed that lar- vae of all three instars preferred medium-size soil for building pits. For larvae of all three instars, the highest pit-building rate and largest pit diameter was in soil whose particle size was 70 -40 mesh. The second-instar and third-instar larvae also had higher rates of pit-building and larger pit diameters in soil ( adnfixture of 〉 70 and 〈 20 mesh), and there were no sta- tistically significant differences in the two kinds of materials. Larvae of all three instars had higher rates of pit-building when the water content of pit-building material was 〈 3%.
