摘  要:以桃江县采穗圃油茶良种材料为接穗,桃江县苗圃培育的芽苗为砧木,采用随机区组设计,进行油茶芽苗砧嫁接试验。结果表明:采用1∶1 000的甲基托布津溶液处理芽苗后嫁接,较清水处理的对照成活率高25.8%,生长量高11.7%;采用穗条的顶芽、中部芽、下部芽进行嫁接,其嫁接苗的成活率分别为88.4%、83.2%、72.2%,嫁接149 d后,其苗高分别为8.9、8.5、8.1 cm;于芽苗砧的芽部和根部进行嫁接,其嫁接苗的成活率分别为85.2%和85.8%,嫁接149 d后,其苗高分别为8.55、7.10 cm。Collected scions from the improved variety of Camellia oleifera in cutting orchard of Taojiang County and taken the sprouting seed of Camellia oleifera as rootstock,the grafting experiment was conducted by means of randomized block design.The results indicated that,the survival rate and increment of grafted seedlings with sprouting seed being treated by thiophanate-methyl solution with 1/1000 increased by 25.8%,11.7% respectively in comparison with the control.By using the upper bud,middle bud and lower bud of scions for grafting respectively,the survival rates of grafted seedlings were 88.4%,83.2%,72.2% respectively,or and the heights on 149th d after grafting were 8.9cm,8.5cm,8.1cm respectively.Grafted at bud or root of sprouting seed,the survival rates of grafted seedlings were 85.2% and 85.8% respectively,and the heights on 149th d after grafting were 8.55cm and 7.10cm respectively.
