摘  要:以三乙胺、过氧化氢为原料合成了二乙基羟胺,采用单因素实验法考察了催化剂的种类和用量、原料的物质的量之比、反应温度、反应时间等因素对目标产物收率的影响,确定了合成二乙基羟胺的适宜的反应条件:在氧化反应阶段,三乙胺与过氧化氢的物质的量之比为1∶1.1,反应温度为60℃,反应时间以10 h为宜;在减压裂解反应阶段,反应初期的适宜温度为70-80℃、后期以120℃为最佳,在该条件下收率为78.0%.The synthetic method of diethyl hydroxylamine from triethylamine and hydrogen peroxide was studied.The effects of the kinds and amount of catalyst,reactant molecular ratio,reaction temperature,reaction time on the reaction yield were studied.The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: at the stage of oxidation reaction,the molar ratio of triethylamine to hydrogen peroxide was 1∶1.1,the reaction temperature was 60 ℃ and the reaction time was 10 h.At the stage of pyrolysis in vacuum,the reaction temperature was 70 - 80 ℃ at first and then 120 ℃.Under the optimum reaction conditions the yield of the product was up to 78.0%.
