摘 要:为确定影响浸渍纸层压木质地板耐光色牢度的原因,采用氙弧灯对装饰纸及表面耐磨纸、表层涂膜、基材厚度等进行耐光色牢度的测定及分析。结果表明:装饰纸本身的耐光色牢度对木地板的耐光色牢度影响最大;添加耐磨纸影响地板的耐光色牢度;相同耐光色牢度的装饰纸,涂饰的强化木地板耐光色牢度等级稍高;基材厚度<6mm时,地板的耐光色牢度下降。The light fastness of laminated floorings made with four kinds of decorative paper and a surface-abrasion-resistant paper,coated by UV paint were examined using a xenon-arc lamp.The influences of decorative paper,abrasion-resistant paper,UV coating and substrate(HMDF)thickness on UV flooring stability were analyzed.The results showed that the decorative papers provided an important effect on the flooring light fastness,while abrasion resistant paper had a negative influence on the flooring light fastness.It was also found that the UV painted flooring had better light resistance than the paper laminated flooring.The substrate thickness also affected the flooring UV resistance when it was less than 6 mm.
