糖尿病对胆道手术的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病对胆道手术的影响。方法通过设立严格的病例对照，比较了５４例糖尿病病人和非糖尿病病人术后并发症发生率和病死率。结果糖尿病大大增加了胆道病人术后的并发症发生率，但是对术后病死率没有明显影响。Objective\ To investigate the influence of diabetes mellitus on biliary tract operations.Methods\ A case-control study of 54 diabetics receiving operations for biliary tract diseases was undertaken.Patients were matched for mode of operation,age,gender,and preoperative coexisting diseases with non-diabetic controls.Their postoperative morbidity and mortality were compared.Results\ The results showed that diabetes mellitus could increase postoperative morbidity,but had no effect on postoperative mortality.Conclusion\ Hyperglycemia was the main reason for high postoperative morbidity.
