某细粒钛铁矿选矿试验研究

摘　　要：对某含TiO2 4.75%、TFe 16.41%的细粒级钛铁矿,进行了选矿试验研究。由于原矿风化严重,含泥较多,首先对原矿进行了脱泥预处理。对脱泥后的产品,采用重—磁联合流程,闭路试验得到了TiO2品位44.32%、TFe品位33.58%的精矿。In this paper,mineral processing experiments were conducted on a fine ilmenite ore with TiO2 4.75% and TFe 16.31%.As the ore was seriously weathered and belonged to alluvial ore,pre-desliming was carried on.Using the combined flowsheet of gravity-magnetic separation,the result of closed circuit test showed that the concentrate with TiO2 44.32% and TFe 33.58% was obtained.
